Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As a solo esthetician, I plan my life around each service, so communication is important. ✔️ Cancellations & Reschedules Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. ✔️ Late Cancellations (less than 12 hours) Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total. ✔️ No-Shows Clients who do not show up and do not contact me will be charged 100% of the service total before rebooking. ✔️ Running Late If you’re running behind, please reach out. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. ✔️ Life Happens — Just Communicate I understand emergencies happen!
